We assure you that the bike will be in proper working condition upon delivery. However, should you encounter any issues, we kindly ask that you contact us promptly. We are dedicated to assisting you in addressing any concerns to ensure your bike is fully operational. Collection in person only; shipping is not available.

If you are located near our warehouse—whether in the same city, the same state, or even from out of state with a suitable vehicle—you are welcome to pick up the bike in person.
After placing your order, we will contact you by email to arrange and confirm the pickup details. Please ensure your contact information at checkout is accurate. On the day of pickup, please check in at the office front entrance and wait with your pickup BOL (Bill of Lading) to collect your unit.

The warranty period for the product is 2 years, calculated from the date of purchase by the original purchaser ("the Buyer"). Any repairs or replacements during the warranty period will not extend the original warranty duration. The warranty is registered automatically when the initial purchaser orders and then receives the product from our online shop and applies to the initial purchaser only. If any damaged accessories are found upon receiving them, please get in touch with us promptly for replacement.
